Registration Form & Bookings

Once registered, our on-line booking system (Arbor), will only open for parents/carers for 10 days at the end of each half-term to enable you to make all your required bookings for the whole of the following half-term. The reason we ask you to block-book is not only to guarantee your peace of mind that your child has a space in our Sunflower Club, but it also ensures we have the correct number of staff available to support and care for your child each day.

Parents/carers are not able to make bookings through Arbor once the booking cycle has closed. Ad-hoc or late bookings can be made. All ad-hoc bookings are subject to availability and must be booked and confirmed prior to a child attending. To book an ad-hoc place, parents/carers can email sunflowerclub@coombes.wokingham.sch.uk  or, if place is required in less than 48hrs, by ringing the Club Phone during office hours on 07470 494275.
